just a question: what are your favorite moments in MET? At this point, it's the thought of how screwed my sidhe is going to be, and how things are going to go to hell.

When a chronicle ends and my players comment on how they would have liked it to continue longer. Especially when the game ended months or years ago.

... all the moments when the players go "WHOA!" in the game. Seeing a LARP that can consitantly beat the player's expectations keeps me going back.
Then again, seeing the faces of the ST Staff when they give me my Downtime responses and being able to tell I was their biggest headache is somewhat gratifying as well

There is too many to name. But I'll start with my first. I had played a character for 5 years both in Tabletop and then restructured to play in MET. My last game with her was an attack on the Caern. She was a CoG and quite the classic 'tree hugger'. But on that day as she fought for the safety of the caern and family she had garnered to her as the person playing her I had to step back and just observe. I was no longer playing her. She was acting in her own volition.(Or so it would seem). She died that night, and I have to tell you, more than just me was showing signs of tears.
I guess that's why I enjoy MET so much. The characters become a part of you.

As a ST having one {or more} players in the game who're intelligent and think up things that you never would have thought up yourself that make you go "damn..." in short having players that help you think on your feet...
or having that one character that people {to this day even} think were one thing but were actually something else... one character in my old game from day one was keeping a secret that lasted until their final days in the game and noone even remotely guessed what that was...

As a player:
Sometimes, I've grown so much into the character that I can't think by myself when playing him: the only thoughts going on in my head are his...
For example, I don't think "My character would backstab that guy", I think "I'll teach that #&%?$ a lesson!"
As a storyteller: thanks and compliments post-game. I've started giving those to Storytellers who deserve it after becoming a storyteller myself and seeing how important that is. And how little it happens, no matter how satisfied the players are.
