The second most common point from the Game Theory thread was selecting a good Storytelling Team. In your mind, what makes a good Staff Member and a good staff? Also, if you have been staff before or currently, how is your team organized?

Selecting and Developing Staff Expanding on Game Theory

A good staff member is one that has the same goals and desires for the game as the ST. It's also one that will do all the duities needed for that staff member. A good staff in general will have good communication, no decent among the players (meaning any disagreements must be held behind close doors), and will basicly act as effective management for the game.
