Conservative, zealous Christian. Becomes a Divine Extremist in Fall From Grace. Pursues Oracle171, perhaps because of her actions, but also at least in part at the behest of the Messengers, who must know that she is corrupt. Alongside God45, Soldier91, and Rigger111, possibly the most dangerous Hunter on the list. Crusader attacked Lucifer himself, and died in opposing the Prince of Lies.
19: Lotus19.

New-Ager.
25: Wrath25.
Unknown.
USA. May be dead.
Unknown. (Avenger? Wayward?)
Wrath began his life on Hunter-Net as a "fighter", but then underwent a personality change and became even more of a hard-liner. His posts became full of hate speech as he attempted to incite a white supremecay movement on the List. In HB: Wayward, this is revealed to have occurred at the manipulations of Peleus. God45 apparently alludes to killing Wrath, or at the very least destroying his home in HB: Wayward. Current status unknown.
29: Sixofswords29.
Paul Moreton.
England. KIA.
Visionary.
Ex-Cell leader who failed in a Hunt. Confidence shaken; spends most of his time researching rather than on the crusade. Seeks re-assurance and wants to demonstrate existence of supernatural. 45: God45.
Joshua Matthews.
USA.
Wayward.
Extremist. Believes all monsters (and anyone who poses a threat to him) should be exterminated. Believes that not enough is being done to stop the Enemy. Murdered his wife and child, and travels to "re-educate" those who "mis-understand" the Hunt. Has...custody...of Peleus, and is torturing him to redesign him as a machine for furthering the Hunt.
48: SpiritGuide48.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
New-Ager.
50: Builder50.
Scott Fairlane.
USA. KIA.

51: Jaeger51.
Unknown.
Republic of south Africa. Whereabouts unknown; feared dead.
Unknown. Avenger?
Racist. Police officer who coordinated the MDG for white Imbued in South Africa. Current whereabouts unknown; he disappeared shortly after completing his submission for the Survival Guide.
52: Anon52.
Unknown.
USA.
Martyr.
Returned the Jersey Devil to life in Urban Legends. Dangerous and unhinged.
55: Bookworm55.
Jackson "Jake" Washington.
USA.
Innocent.
Is the originator of most of the Imbued's information about the Enemy. Crippled by a vampire, his legs were restored by Fyodor. Seeks to understand and aid everyone and everything he comes across. Obssessed with proving that Phaedre- the vampire who took his legs- is a decent being and worthy of compassion. Is upset by the fact that he acted out of anger and posted "The Enemy" to Hunter-List, providing the Imbued the ability and information to strike out more violently and effectively.
56: Pilot56.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Works for the MEF-Tech in the NSA, a Government division equipped with aura scanners. Viewed the New Dijon incident via the NSA's satellite network and later compiled a general report for the List. Pilot does what he can to warn the Imbued if federal agencies are about to descend upon them.
61: Flame61
Jenifer Vidusiana
Turkey
Avenger.
Created a cult that has thoroughly infested Istanbul. See HB: Utopia for more details. Currently in prison awaiting charges.
67: Gardener67.
Aidan Loviglio.
USA. KIA.
Unknown.
Slain by ghosts in The Walking Dead.
68: Memphis68
Unknown.
USA.
Avenger.
Left-wing. Intelligent, but buys into anti-governmental conspiracy theories. Black, and female; antagonises Crusader at every opportunity. Fears and hates Peleus for his actions, and opposes bigotry on the List. At least in some cases- when people are flaming down a poster Memphis disapproves of, she joins right in.
71: Sleepless71.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Intelligent, creative, thinks outside the box to gain an advantage in the Hunt.
72: Traveller72.
Travis Miller.
USA. KIA.

74: Shaka74.
Earl Deams.
MIA. (Carribean Islands, Walking Dead)
Visionary.
Moderate. Missing as of The Walking Dead; he travelled to the Carribeans to hunt down Peleus, who he allowed to escape in a previous encounter. Whilst there, interacted with a powerful spirit (possibly a loa, Papa Legba) but has not been heard from since the events in HB: Wayward.

Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Dribbler.
81: Punker81.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Martyr.
87: Moderator87
Steven Lambert.
USA.
Bystander.
Failed in his Imbuing, but collects invaluable information and co-ordinates the Hunt. Blind and crippled. Broke witness1's ban on posting prvate information as an attempt to prove the veracity of his information. Some members of the List speculate the Moderator is a Messenger. Others claim he is a monster, sent to lure the Imbued to their doom.
88: Descent88.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown. (Avenger?)
90: Cop90.
John O'Malley.
USA. KIA.
Avenger.
The premier Avenger before his death. Dead as of The Walking Dead. On one-man crusade to destroy the Enemy.
91: Soldier91.
Steven Williams.
USA.
Avenger.
Ex-military. Dedicated to the Hunt. Conspiracy theorist. Believes the Messengers are aliens, as are the Enemy. Advocates unity in the face of The Enemy, and has been a part of several elite Hunter teams created to deal with particularly dangerous foes. Works well with and respects Crusader.
99. Violin99.
William Hannon.
USA.
Hermit.
Antisocial. Created Anchorite Press to publish and distribute copies of Fyodor's Apocrypha. Openly disrespects many of the Imbued, viewing them as uneducated and oafish in the extreme. Often tries to remove himself from Hunter-Net, but the Messengers will not allow him to leave. Hannon is unimpressed with this arrangement, and lets no opportunity slide to remind the other members of the List of that fact.
101: Ripsaw101.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown. (Avenger? Wayward?)
Out to destroy the supernatural at any cost. Regularly averages 50% casualties on his side... but 100% for the other.
111: Rigger111.

Possessed by an Earthbound demon known as Vassago. Rigger is slowly starting to rebel against the Boss, but in the meantime is on a vendetta to slaughter the members of the List.
113: Oursine113.
Unknown.
Unknown. Seems to be either French or French Canadian in origin, but travels extensively, as she is employed as a journalist.
Defender.
Had a run-in with Hannibal whilst he was attempting to destroy Mr. Black, culminating in Hannibal's censure and removal from the Vigil list. She wants to protect the Imbued as a whole, as well as innocent humans. Seems to be blinded to the danger truly present in the world.
114: Howitzer114.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Has faced the Walking Dead a number of times and is well-versed in their methods. Also a globetrotter, pursuing the Hunt by aiding those who need reinforcements they cannot otherwise access.
115: Healer115.
Oaken.
USA. KIA.
Defender.
Wants to believe the best of the Enemy. Wants to bring back those he can. Potter's ex-husband.
116: Potter116.
Leaf Pankowski.
USA.
Redeemer.
Attacked by Rigger111 in Fall From Grace and forced to accept posession from Vassago to survive. Wants to redeem the demon. Has not been seen, and rarely heard of on Hunter-Net, ever since.
119: Doctor119.
Dr. Carleton Van Wyk.
USA.
Judge.
Highly intelligent and analytical. Dedicated to wiping out Vampires and their Renfields. After being forced to kill Duane in HB: Judge, fled to Europe. Warden dispatched him to investigate Flame61's cult; he was abducted by the Church of the Four-fold Pantheon in HB: Utopia. Reported dead in one fragment of "THE TRUTH", but in later fragments was reported to be alive. Current status and whereabouts unknown, but if Doctor119 survived the incident, is likely to be working to smash its netwok himself.
123: Hope123.
Unkown.
Israel.
Innocent.
Rapidly becoming jaded; wants, and is willing to work for, peace between her people and the rest of the Middle East. Has crafted protective charms for her son and is willing to share that information with others.
125: Shophet125.
Erick Franco.
USA.
Judge.
Attacked by Peleus, Shophet was allowed to live because he appeared to be white. Shophet later discovered that Peleus is a poster child for the Klu Klux Klan. Shophet is leading a team of Hunters to try and stop Peleus before he harms any more innocents.

Unknown.
137: Hannibal137.
Jack Harmon.

140: Paraiahdog140.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown. KIA.
Pariahdog is half-Japanese, half-American. He served the Cause in Japan, but was forced to flee after the death of most of his cell. Encountered a Shih and made the mistake of attempting to explain the nature of the Imbued to him. Hunter Survival Guide.

160: Professorgeo160.
Unknown.
Venezuela.
Unknown. Judge? Innocent?
Wrote the Survival Guide on the South Americas. As his handle indicates, professorgeo160 is a professor of geology, and he knows a great deal about his physical environment. Professor is attempting to both hold down his tenure and continue the Hunt, but appears to be having limited success with both. Educated and polite, professorgeo160 originated the idea of "vitalis", leading to the formation of Bookworm's sub-site.
169: Carpenter169.
Dennis Maxwell.
MIA.
Walking Dead guided to the List by the Messengers to dispense information about The Enemy. Disappeared apparently mid-post. May or may not have gone to a final rest.
171: Oracle171.
Beatrice Tremblay.
French Canadian.
Innocent.
Powerful, but serves the Fallen. Was Denounced by Crusader in Fall From Grace. Wants to help the Enemy, possibly because of the demon in her soul. "Just happens" to be around when things go horrbly wrong and large numbers of the Imbued are slaughtered. Seems to be able to employ her Blaze edge against the Imbued, which /should/ be impossible. Highly dangerous.
177: Bocca177.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.

208: Al-amin208.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
209: Observer209.
First name Sean.
USA.
Judge.
Observer had one of the first known encounters with one of the Fallen, a demon that created a form of magically corrupted, miracle-cure medicine. The demon in question fed off the Faith generated by the people who therefore depended upon him and his "holistic" healing. Observer209's Hunter cell disintegrated spectacularly in the fallout of this incident, and his ability to continue the Hunt is unknown. Prior to this, an intelligent and moderate Hunter, as one would expect from the Judgement creed.

223: Crosstitch223.
Unknown.
Unknown. KIA.
Unknown. Redeemer? Innocent?
Called in by dickinson373 to help him deal with Aya/Angie, a demon. Aya/Angie sends dickinson373 away, then destroyed crosstich223 because the entity does not like being questioned about "the closet" (the Abyss), the "good children" (the Messengers), or the "bad children" (the other Fallen). Definately devoted to helping the Enemy deal with emotional problems.
231: Roshni231.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
235: Trucker235.
Unknown.
USA.
Redeemer.
239: Tagv239.
First name Archie.

Unknown. Likely to be an Avenger.
Of Cherokee heritage, Tarv (or possibly Tagr; spelling varies), Archie believes that the Spirits gave him his abilities to pursue that "Haint War" against The Enemy. Funds his Hunt by selling a variety of narcotics; considers himself intelligent and a manipulator, but is merely lucky.
240: Blackbellamy240.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.

Beth Greenburg.
USA.
Unknown. (Innocent?)
Had befriended a Vampire of some sort and was refining theories on how such creatures could be assimilated into human society, and propogating them on Hunter-Net. Since that time, she had a brutal encounter with God45, who used the Enrage Edge to force her to attack the Vampire. God45 spoke of making her over in his image, and seems to have succeeded.
295: Outback295.
Unknown.
Australia.
Redeemer.
Aboriginal?
296: Joan296.
Melissa Lynne Hart.
USA.
Martyr.
Potential hunter-Cult leader in Boston. Several members of the List have decided to "take matters into their own hands" as far as she is concerned. Described the murder by torture of her former friend and displays no remorse for this heinous crime.
300: Driver 300
Henry Eames.
USA. KIA.
Redeemer.
Created the Triage list. Moderate. Wants to heal. Wants to protect his family, but does not know how. Is loosing a grip on his dreams. Vampire's Clanbook: Giovanni alludes to him having masterminded the eradication of Camarilla vampires in an entire city (!) which allowed the Giovanni to move in unopposed. The Giovanni (at least) know his name, and appear very eager to crush him one way or the other.

USA.
Veteran of the Hunt and Ashcroft. Has had run-ins with Carpenter. (Not canon. Word of Power? WTF? "I HAVE THE CREMATE EDGE! WELL, IT'S WHAT CREMATE WOULD LOOK LIKE IF IT WERE ON STEROIDS, CRACK, AND SPEED!" Otherwise, could be adapted fairly well.)
317: Essa317.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.

Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
319: Kayaker319.

323: Believer323.
Unknown.

Unknown. KIA.
Unknown.
352: Tanguera352.
Mina Mendero.
Unknown.
Visionary.
Uses the Word unlike any other before her. Prior to full and correct translations of her posts by Tarjiman220, Mina was a disliked and disrespected member of the List, seeming to pontificate to other Hunters. With the language barrier down, she is much more well accepted.
355: Helper355.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
364: Lark364.
Unknown.
Unknown.
Unknown.
365: Biker365.

Later, she slew her hsband but the event has taken a terrible toll upon her mental health. Rabbitkeeper buried her husband on their farm and fled the scene. So far, no legal pursuit has been forthcoming, but the strain of living the lie is exacting a heavy price.

384: Futureperfect384.
First name Eric.
Unknown.
Unknown. Avenger?
A member of Observer's hunter crew, Eric gave in to impulsive action and destroyed the demon's store. This action proved costly, however, as it trigggered a chain of events that improved the demon's social standing and broke apart the cell. He is known to have committed the crime, and left Hunter code in the wreckage; Police forces are in pursuit of him, and may begin to notice the Code in other areas as well, since they appear to have taken an interest in the "gang symbols".

But here is what I understand..
Either Shaka or Sophet is dead...one of the game designers talked about it in a WW chat...if you look at the opening pages of HB: wayward there is a corkboard with clippings following Alleyman222 one of the last clippings has a coffee stain in the shape of the huntercode symbol for Dead or Death. The desingers said that this was intentionally telling the observant readers the fate of whomever put together the clippings (I don't have my Wayward book accessible right now so I can't chek who put the board together) I remember the chat was giving away a free book of somekind and one of the questions was the status of whoever put that board up. The correct answer was dead.
Also since Oracle171 is an infernal extremist, technically her lvl 5 edge DOES work against imbued (Since It's technically a demonic gift ala D:TF's thrall system)
On a last note, in Time of Judgement, There are references to 2 major hunters. in the final fiction of ToJ, A fallen reports that Vassago "Imploded." Research into the hunter section (I think...I gotta go back and recheck, I'll report back when I know for sure) Shows that Potter and doctor hatched a plan and chemically flatlined potter. Vassage thought he hollowed out her soul and moved in for possession. Doctor told Vassago of Potter's plan and Potter's soul sacrificed itself to redeem Vassago. Atleast that's how I interpret the events of the story.

With Oracle, I'm not so sure she even has the Blaze Edge any more. What she has mimics the Edge, but there are only a handful of Edges that feature the ability to harm other Hunters, and Blaze isn't one of them. OTOH, we could just be seeing the clash of retroactive continuity; in theory, Crusader can't have gone Divine, Fyodor shouldn't have his healing Edge, ad nauseum
The story I heard for Potter was that she employed the Suspend Edge then suicided, destroying Vassago forever. I haven't read ToJ, though.
The List is in need of an update (I just got EB: Spellbound), so I'll start incorporating that information as I update the List. Thanks.

ATM, Freefall has all the books, and I'm in the middle of Uni assessment period and a whole bunch of other stuff. It's on the to-do list, and I'll make it there some time.

The lack of central organization made it very difficult to know what the right hand (game developers and freelancers) was doing, while the left hand (video game developers and short story authors) was off doing its own thing.
Thankfully, most of the errors were caught in editing, but "the list" wasn't completed until after the tabletop games were released.

Do you not agree that they need their own Creed?
